ICON Signings is committed to providing authentic, high-quality autographed collectibles through private signings, send-in opportunities, and in-stock items. Due to the nature of autographed memorabilia and live signing events, all sales are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms.


Unless otherwise stated below, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Private signing orders
  • Send-in autograph services
  • Custom or personalized autographs
  • Pre-orders and made-to-order items

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


Orders placed for private signings or send-in services are non-refundable once the signing has been confirmed or the item has been received by ICON Signings. This policy applies regardless of signing date delays, rescheduling, or changes outside of our control.

In the event a scheduled signing is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, ICON Signings will, at its discretion:

  • Issue a refund or
  • Offer store credit or
  • Apply payment toward a future signing of equal value

This determination will be made solely by ICON Signings.


Autograph signing dates are subject to change due to talent availability, travel issues, health concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.


All autographs provided by ICON Signings include a unique verification number that can be verified through our website. Differences in signature placement, ink flow, size, or style are natural variations and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.


ICON Signings takes great care in packaging items. However, once an item has been shipped, we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If an item arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos of the damage and packaging are required
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted

Approved claims may result in a replacement (if available) or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.


If ICON Signings ships an incorrect item due to our error, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition. Upon verification, ICON Signings will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
