Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing any product or service from ICON Signings, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to every purchase made through ICON Signings. To purchase goods or services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable age of majority in your state.

ICON Signings reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to each purchase or use of the Site.


When submitting personal item(s) for a signing, you must clearly label each item with identifying information, preferably on the back of the item. At minimum, your order number must be written on the item.

Failure to properly label your item may result in the item not being signed if ownership cannot be determined. If an item is received without clearly identifiable ownership information and we are unable to contact the owner, the item will be held for twelve (12) months, after which it will be discarded or resold.

Some signings require front-side labeling to indicate signature location, ink color, inscriptions, or other requests. If an item is not labeled as required, ICON Signings may need to label the item on your behalf. Customers who fail to properly label their items agree to hold ICON Signings harmless for any damage that may result from labeling.

If you have concerns about labeling, please contact us before sending your item.


Many customers use post-it notes, painter’s tape, or other adhesive materials to indicate signature placement, ink color, or inscription requests. All adhesive materials carry a risk of damage, including but not limited to residue, ink lift, or surface damage.

ICON Signings is not responsible for damage caused by any materials used to prepare or label an item, whether applied by the customer or by ICON Signings when required. Customers are strongly encouraged to test any labeling materials on an inconspicuous area prior to use.

If you are unable to properly label your item, you must contact us prior to shipment. All items must be clearly marked with signing instructions. We can accommodate most needs.


By purchasing from ICON Signings, you acknowledge that all signing requests are non-guaranteed, including but not limited to:

  • Pen type or ink color

  • Signature placement

  • Inscriptions or personalization

  • Quotes

  • Placement of authentication stickers

Some signings require mandatory authentication and fixed sticker placement. If authentication is requested, the default placement is on the back of the item unless otherwise requested or required.

ICON Signings will make every reasonable effort to fulfill requests; however, we must adhere to any refusals or changes made by the signing talent or their representatives. If a paid request (such as an inscription) is missed, the cost of that request will be refunded.


Although rare, damage may occur during the signing process. ICON Signings is not liable for damage incurred while an item is being signed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pen malfunction (smearing, bleeding, pooling, fading, or drying)

  • Misspellings or changes made by the talent

  • Creases, scratches, water spots, or tears

  • Smudges, fingerprints, or similar handling marks

ICON Signings takes extensive precautions to minimize risk, including pen testing and proper item preparation. If an issue can reasonably be corrected, such as a re-sign, we will attempt to do so.


ICON Signings is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping to or from our facility. Customers are strongly encouraged to insure items when shipping.

Return shipments are insured for the amount paid to ICON Signings unless additional insurance is requested and paid for in advance. Items are returned using USPS Priority Mail and UPS. If a customer has a preference we can accommodate.

Minor shipping damage is not guaranteed against. For substantial damage, insurance claims may be filed. All packaging must be retained, and ICON Signings must be notified within seven (7) days of receipt to initiate a claim.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges. If ICON Signings is billed for such fees, the customer will be invoiced for the full amount plus a 5% processing fee and a $10 administrative fee. All fees must be paid prior to signing.


While items are in ICON Signings possession or in transit to signings, items are insured for the signature cost only, unless a higher declared value is provided. Proof of value is required to file insurance claims. Claim approval is at the discretion of ICON Signing’s insurance provider.

Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 60 days of shipment or will be denied.


By purchasing from ICON Signings, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks and agree to hold harmless ICON Signings, its partners, signing talent, and their representatives from all liability related to your purchase.


– In-Stock Items

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your Item(s) and must be returned in mint condition. Packaging must be retained if damage is claimed.

Send-in and personalized items are non-refundable.

– Pre-Sale & Send-In Autographs

All purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of talent or event cancellation. In such cases, refunds will be issued for the signature cost minus a 4% processing fee and return shipping.

Missed signings due to late or unsubmitted items are not refundable. Please stay up to date with our deadlines featured on our homepage calendar and under each signing pre-order.


All orders are processed through secure payment providers, including major credit cards and third-party payment services. To protect both our customers and our business, all orders are subject to fraud screening and may require manual review prior to fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not pass our internal verification or security checks.

Orders ship only to the shipping address provided at checkout. Address changes are not permitted once an order has been placed. Requests to alter shipping details after checkout may result in order cancellation and refund.

Tracking information is provided for all shipments once an order has been dispatched. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier upon shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these shipping and payment protection terms.


    • A 20% cancellation fee applies if an exception is granted

    • No cancellation fees apply if a signing doesn’t take place within 12 months of the original scheduled signing date

    • Processing fees are non-refundable

    • Late or improperly prepped send-in items may incur a $25+ service fee

ICON Signings reserves the right to hold items if outstanding balances exist.


Requests to change an order after check-in are not guaranteed and may not be possible if items are already packed or in transit. If we are able to accommodate we will.


ICON Signings ships worldwide with full tracking and insurance. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. Due to VAT laws effective July 1, 2021, shipments under $200 cannot be sent. Customers must increase order value or approve a $200 declared value.


By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept all Terms of Service, Labeling Requirements, Assumption of Risk, and Payment and Refund policies. All orders are final.
